Graphify is an open-source agent skill (Apache-2.0, about 132K GitHub stars) that parses your whole project into a knowledge graph so Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and 20+ other assistants can query the graph instead of grepping through files. Code is parsed locally with tree-sitter at zero token cost. We tested 0.9.93: installation, building a graph, the explain/query/path commands, cutting noise with .graphifyignore, and the limits to know first.
